Alexander of Baltimore, Maryland, front and rear with attractive floral engraving detail, front shield engraved "Isaac Richards," gold cuvette, white enamel SS dial marked "Lever Chronometer," KWKS, right angle lever escapement, diamond endstone, 15J gilt mvt, s#1733 with matching serial number within case and to dial. Gross weight of assembled watch 91.5 dwt (142.2 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, few short fine scratches to main plate; dial has faint hl to center above seconds-register; nearly mint hands; case shows very light wear, scattered fine scratches to cuvette, mild shallow dent to upper rear shoulder, one small ding to front shoulder primarily evident within lid, engine turning and engraving detail with mild reduction; tight bow; good glass crystal.
